Ready-to-wear

The return window is confirmed by Delightful Couture and will be published here before launch. Ready-to-wear items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

Fabric sold by the yard

Fabric is cut to your order and cannot be returned once cut.

Custom pieces

Custom-made clothing is made to your measurements and is final sale. We confirm design, price and delivery date with you before any work begins.

Something wrong with your order

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photograph and we will make it right.
